One team, from the first viewing to the final key
Estate agents and home builders in Manacor since 2011. We sell, build and renovate homes in the east of Mallorca, and stay with you through every step.
Where is home?
In my experience, home is not always where you were born. It can be a place that we fall in love with, that we discover; it can be the place we haven’t left yet at the airport and to which we would like to return.
On this island, so far from my home country of Holland, I met my wife, discovered the love one can feel for a foreign country and found this home where every square foot feels like mine.
My children were also born here and with them there was another reason to take care of this Mediterranean paradise. It makes me happy that with my work at Casal Mallorquí I can enable them to discover Mallorca as their home. This is exactly why you came across Casal Mallorquí.
You have decided or you are thinking about buying or building a house in Mallorca. Whatever you decide, we are the right ones for you and your plans.
I invite you to read on and get to know the people behind Casal Mallorquí.

The story of Casal Mallorquí
Our story began in 2011, when I founded the real estate agency in Mallorca Casal Mallorquí. Like most businesses, ours came about when I spotted a gap in the market.
I had worked for years for one of the major real estate companies on the island. This training had convinced me that things in this sector could be done much better with the customer.
And most importantly, I had realized that there were certain services that clients were asking for that no one could cover.
Not only did we want to offer the same services as any other real estate agency, but we also wanted to offer an alternative to all those clients who couldn’t find anything on the market that met their expectations.
