Each architect has their specialty. Some feel more comfortable designing a minimalist house. Others, on the other hand, have specialized in rural-style houses. Depending on the type of house you want, we will recommend an architect who completely fits your style.
All important things start with a well-thought-out plan: we will plan the entire process with you and advise you at all times. We will also take care of the tedious and stressful paperwork. We will handle all the administrative procedures and construction management for you. You won't have to worry about anything.
This document is necessary to apply for the building permit. It contains the spatial definition of the house: how many square meters it will occupy, its layout, its placement on the land, the model of the building, the facades, etc.
Once the basic project has been drafted, we will submit it to the city council to apply for the corresponding permit. The time it takes to obtain the permit varies greatly from one municipality to another, but it usually takes about a year. Once we have the permit, we will have a period of 6 months to prepare the execution project.
The execution project will contain all the information the builder needs to carry out the construction: structural calculations, installations, construction details, materials, type of insulation, etc. We will submit it to the city council to be able to start building.
To enable the builder and other collaborators to make an economic assessment, we will reflect in this document in detail the measurement of all the components of the work: square meters of wall, materials, cubic meters of excavation, etc. Our technical architect will ensure, when preparing it, that there have been no oversights in the plans that could lead to an increase in the cost of the construction.
Before the start of construction, we will send the minimum state of measurements to at least 3 companies from each branch to request their quotes.
Once we have reviewed them, we will present all the information to you in an orderly and comparative manner to decide together which companies will be selected. This will allow us to determine the total cost of the entire project and identify potential flaws.
Once we have received the required permits, we will begin to build your new home. The construction process is organized through well-planned stages. We want you to enjoy the process, to see it progress. That’s why we will keep you informed at all times, so that in the end, both you and your loved ones will have a pleasant memory of the construction process of your house.
We will inform you regularly and transparently. We will use video calls, email, or phone to keep you up to date on everything. Every week, you will receive a complete report in your Dropbox with the construction diary, a photographic report so that you and your family can see the progress, a planning schedule, and a summary of the construction costs.

When we present your new home to you, we will guide you through each room and ensure that you are completely satisfied with every aspect of the house. We will promptly address any issues that may need attention.
For your peace of mind and security, we will always retain a percentage of the total billing owed to both the contractor and the companies responsible for the installations (electricity, water, etc.) for up to 1 year after the completion of the work. This ensures that the construction company and the contracted companies will take responsibility for resolving any issues or anomalies that may arise in your new home.
