Three years ago we started looking for a finca on Mallorca. By chance we came across the contact details of Casal Mallorqui on the Internet and calld them spontaneously. Martin, the owner, immediately had time for us and met us in the middle of the island to show us a few projects that Casal Mallorqui had recently developed. We were immediately hooked; the style of the new construction projects was exactly what we wanted, in contrast to all the other projects we had previously seen on the island with other real estate companies.

We then looked at several plots of land with Martin and found the right one straight away. Shortly afterwards we sat down with the project developer, the architect and Casal Mallorqui to discuss the details. We quickly came to an agreement and the contracts were signed.

What we didn't realize at first was that Casal Mallorqui's main role only came now: Antònia was our supervisor on behalf of the real estate company. She looked after us very professionally throughout the entire duration of the project and was our contact person for all matters, including as an interface between the project developer, all the companies involved and the architect. Later on, she even had great tips for suppliers of furnishings, the kitchen, etc. It is important to mention that both Antònia and Martin speak Spanish, Mallorcan, English and German, and Martin also speaks Dutch.

Working with Antònia for two years was a lot of fun. She was always approachable, and our wishes and questions were always her main focus. Together with Casal Mallorqui and her, we made our dream on Mallorca come true. We moved into our beautiful finca six months ago and, looking back, there are only a few small things that could have gone better.

We can only wish that property buyers who are involved in a project on Mallorca themselves would be looked after so well.

Many thanks to Antònia and Martin from Casal Mallorqui! Despite the long and sometimes exhausting time, every hour was a lot of fun!

We are very satisfied with the professional, personal, and always timely support from Martin and his team during the purchase of the property, the planning, and the construction supervision.
His network of reliable and high-quality tradespeople made the construction process a pleasure, and we are looking forward to the long-awaited use of the finca. He provided many helpful hints and tips.
The coordination with the architect, authorities, Endesa, etc., is simply excellent and has taken a lot of pressure off us. Thanks also for the support after construction was completed, in advancing all the registrations and filings.

The preparatory work and project management during the construction phase were first-class. It started with the plot you found for us; it's sensational and far exceeded our expectations. And you also demonstrated your expertise in selecting your partners. The architects, building contractors, plumbers, and the carpenter all delivered excellent, high-quality, and reliable work, which is on par with German standards.
